General Meeting Minutes (uncorrected) MACH BOARD/GENERAL MEETING PRESENT: Tracie, Vineta, Colleen, Pat, Kathy, Kathy SECRETARY REPORT; MMB Vineta, 2nd Kathy, passed: to accept minutes as electronically submitted. MMB Kathy, 2nd Tracie, passed: That dues for this year will be $50.00 for a family, $35.00 for individual, $25.00 for associate and $10.00 for junior. TREASURER REPORT- Approximately $8,000.00 in checking and $5.52.00 in savings. EQUIPMENT REPORT – Colleen reported that the equipment and trailer was back at her house. Some of the equipment needs to be cleaned and the trailer is need of new brackets on the inside that hold up long boards. Colleen also volunteered to take the sand bags to “Laura” for the club. TRIAL REPORT - Club discussed time frame of entries being received and aggression issues. MMB Colleen, 2nd Pat, passed: That all future premiums say the following two phrases: “Entries will close (must be received) by 5pm on that specific date.” AND “Any dog that demonstrates aggression towards any person or any dog, whether inside the ring or outside the ring, must be excused from the agility trial.” NEW BUSINESS: MMB Kathy, 2nd Tracie, passed: That the club continues to rent this room from Valley Canine thru the month of August.
