BYLAWS

MACH was formed by a small group of agility enthusiasts who wished to cultivate the opportunity to train and trial agility in the Matanuska Valley. Since incorporation in 2000, we have offered classes through the community schools, run fun matches, and held our very successful first MACH NADAC/ASCA dual-sanctioned trials (September 2002 at Bluff Park Farm in Wasilla).

Voting members of MACH agree to attend meetings regularly and abide by the code of ethics, bylaws, and club rules.
Regular membership is open to all persons eighteen years of age or older. Dues for individual annual membership is $35. ($10 for 2012-13)
Family Membership is open to married couples, couples residing in the same household, and single parents and their minor children. It is limited to two voting members (over age 18). Dues for annual family membership is $50. ($15 for 2012-13
Associate Membership is open to anyone interested in MACH who wishes to support the club and receive regular news, emailings, mailings, and other benefits of membership but cannot attend meetings regularly or does not wish to have a vote. ($10 for 2012-13)

Prior to applying for membership with the club, applicants must attend one regular monthly club meeting and demonstrate an active interest the sport of agility as well as a willingness to help at club activities.
